I am a strong proponent of pro-active maintenance, so although I brought my very high mileage vehicle in for a specific service I asked Stang Auto to look for and let me know any other concerns; which they did and were very accommodating about fitting the additional repairs into the work day. I left Stang Auto confident that my vehicle was dependable and in top operating condition. Not only was I impressed with the competence and thoroughness of their work, Stang Auto impressed me with their attention to customer service: from the courtesy shuttle to the clearly articulated invoice. I am brand new to the area and tried Stang Auto because of an well written "welcome to the neighborhood" letter I received upon moving in. The letter concluded with a statement regarding "Pride of Ownership" and my experience verifies that they indeed have a built a business to be proud of.
