They always do such a great job. They are very thorough and do a wonderful job of explaining what your vehicle does or does not need.

Really Nice people. However Stang could not definitively diagnose the problem and what they "thought" was the issue was not the issue. I took the car over to an Audi shop and the cost to fix the issues was 1/2 of the estimate that Stang gave to me. I am a little discouraged that I paid $200 for a diagnosis and it was not the correct diagnoses. Maybe they are not comfortable with European cars.

We always appreciate feedback and constructive criticism from our customers, this is very important to us. Richard will be providing us documentation of the services performed and we will refund the money he spent with us. We will investigate the cause of this issue and implement corrective actions to prevent it from happening in the future. We thank Richard for taking the time to give us valuable feedback to improve operation.

WORST SHOP EVER 5-6-16 charged 350.00 to replace axle shaft seal that was never done . front end alignment done twice and steering wheel still wont line up charged 74.00 twice to top off brake fluid after brakes replaced they forgot to grease truck after replaced parts . Dont do your repairs here they are over priced and dont do good work my mistake I thought a family owned business would be better than corporate america I was wrong

When Rainey called with her concerns I reviewed all of the services that were performed on her vehicle. I assured her that both of the axle seals were replaced and confirmed that if one of them were leaking, we would replace it for free under warranty. The $74 was for a complete brake fluid flush that was performed in January, but recommended again in May as part of the resolution to a catastrophic brake failure with the front brakes that happened since the last brake fluid flush. We addressed two additional concerns unrelated to the original visit for Rainey as a courtesy. On Friday the 6th of May when Rainey expressed her concerns I scheduled her on the day of her choice, May 11, to inspect the vehicle and address her concerns. Rainey never showed up or called to reschedule her appointment to resolve her concerns under our warranty!!!

Excellent and timely repair service.

This is the first time I've taken my car to Stang. My car had been neglected for a couple of years and in dire need of a tune-up among other things. They let me know the things that needed to be done now to get it back in good working order. Their initial quote was accurate, so no surprises. They did not perform any other work until they got an ok to do so. They let me know what my car needed without the pressure or tactics that many repair garages use. I think they are fair and reasonable with what they charge. They are knowledgeable and courteous. Finally a place I can take my vehicles and feel at ease knowing that the work will get done and get done right. Thank you Stang...you guys/gals are awesome!
