The staff at Stang always treat us with respect and compassion. At dealerships for recall work we’re processed like we’re on an assembly line and then they try to up sell us with batteries and filters with sales scripts and paper pushed back and forth, but not at Stang! Stang tracks all our repairs, they stand by their warranties, they prioritize recommendations, and they treat us like real people! We’re not sold -or up sold — we’re part of a conversation to decide what makes sense in the maintenance of our vehicle. I trust Robert and Kyle and Tristan! I trust Stang!

I had the opportunity to take my Dodge Ram 1500 in for some preventive maintenance this past week and was very happy with the outcome! I would note that prior to taking my truck in, I visited with them to go over what I wanted done and they provided an estimate of the work outlined. We also talked about the fact that if any issues (beyond the scope of work out lined) we found a call would be made to go over and provide a cost of making any repairs. And it all happened as noted! the work was completed n less than a day and I received a list of all of the items that they looked at (above and beyond the work that was suppose to have occurred). and it was within pennies of the quoted estimate! Thanks for a great job!

Friendly, efficient, and in this case ruthless, relentless focus on trying to find the "root cause" of the problems I reported are greatly appreciated.

This shop has zero transparency, their website lists services they perform but has no costs listed for anything.. They charge "inspection" charges for everything before they complete any work and none of those funds go towards servicing your vehicle. I called to schedule an appointment to get my brakes done and have my head gasket checked on my subaru legacy and they wanted to charge $270 just to inspect the vehicle, 70 for the brakes and 200 for the head gasket. Wasn't told any of that until AFTER I dropped off my vehicle.

What a rip off this place is. They charge $80 just inspect your brakes!
