Scheduled oil change and temp gauge not working. Bring in first thing in Mon morning and leave it and was told it would be ready Wed morning. 2 days later no communication and they haven't even been looked at the car yet. Older car so if better communication, would have left in the garage until they advised they could actually work on it. When I inquired about length of time for service, told to expect 2 days for oil change. Appreciate they get busy but they don't honor appointments.
Jason, we are disappointed we did not meet your expectations. When the vehicle was dropped off you gave us the vehicle for the week. Due to the vehicle modifications we had assigned it to the most certified technician to address Jason’s temperature gauge concern. That technician needed to complete a prior job he had started from the previous week that had unexpected parts issues. Because we would still be able to meet your expectations by the end of the week, we did not take the time to call. We understand your unplanned urgency to pick up the vehicle 3 days early due to severe storms with no notice. We do everything possible to provide accurate and quality repairs in a timely manner while keeping customers vehicles safe (especially classics).
