Primarily getting to know each other to understand personality, attitude, and character. Interviews are more of an informal conversation that focus on understanding goals, objectives and expectations of everyone involved.

Yes. It is typically a simple written survey to understand where the strengths are and where growth could occur.

Typically within a day or two. Part of the interview process is understanding the needs and process desired or needed by everyone involved.


Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

It depends on the current situation of the candidate and the company. Sometimes it happens successfully within a few days, sometimes it has taken a few months for the candidate to become comfortable and confident. Our goal is to insure a good fit for the candidate (technician) and the team, as well as the company.

It is very flexible and something we work hard at, not rushing into a hire. The candidate, team, and management need to be comfortable that it will be a good fit and all truly understand each others' expectations.
