I am very sorry you were not impressed with the care and attention to detail our staff provides on a consistent basis. It appears you may have simply called for an estimate. We always explain the process and the price with the customers authorization prior to starting any work. Inspecting vehicles, especially when it is the first time the vehicle is at our facility, has proven to be effective at preventing surprises, increased cost and delays in the services. There are so many variables in automotive service today and inspections provide good information, benefit, and great value to everyone involved. To ensure fair pricing, we regularly validate our prices with research of local market data. This commitment keeps our rates consistently in the middle range for services across the Denver Metro Area.
